Tiffany & Co. Blue Book Ball 2013-2015

OBJECTIVE

    To procure top tier celebrities in 2013, 2014 and 2015 to attend Tiffany’s largest event activation in NYC, launching their prestigious Blue Book Collection to capture them wearing the jewelry and gain media and client attention.

SCOPE

  • Facilitate outreach and conversations with Tiffany & Co. approved celebrities, negotiate appearance fees/contracts, confirm celebrities and manage budget reports for celebrity travel/accommodations, ground transportation, glam, etc.
  • Tiffany Blue Book Ball celebrity onsite event management

  • Celebrity attendees to the Tiffany Blue Book Ball included: Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Williams, Jessica Biel, Reese Witherspoon, Olivia Wilde, Katie Holmes, Kate Bosworth, Amber Heard, Alice Eve, Hilary Rhoda, Doutzen Kroes, JiHye, the Brant Brothers, Poppy Delevingne, Dree Hemingway, Constance Joblanski, Edie Campbell etc.
  • Ensured celebrity budget allocation was adhered to, and managed all aspects of celebrity activity (from confirmation to completion) so PR firm could focus more directly on client deliverables and press expectations resulting in a successful, memorable event.
